If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method according to the schedule shown at checkout. You remain responsible for all payments, including in the case of failed charges.

• Be respectful and avoid harassment, hate, threats, or doxxing.
• Not share confidential information about other members.

10) Intellectual Property

11) User Content and Testimonials

Testimonials and examples are not promises of results. Outcomes vary based on many factors, including your effort and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mind Boss LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the business or other users. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you end. Sections intended to survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms).

18) SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Description of SMS Use Cases

Mind Boss LLC (DBA Limitless Men) may send SMS/MMS messages to provide: (a) appointment confirmations and reminders, (b) program/service notifications and updates, (c) customer support responses, and (d) marketing and promotional messages if you separately opt in to marketing.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

19) Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved, any claim will be brought in the courts located in Williamson County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

21) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy) and any additional program agreements you accept, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
